traceback from the channels -> manager 500 error

Description of problem:
I have created a new channel, selected the channel and selected the manager option. Once that option is selected an error 500 internal server error is displayed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OS Centos 5.5 x86_64
Spacewalk1.3 
postgres 8.4


How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.complete a satellite 1.3 install on centos 5.5 x86_64 platform. 
2.Create a new channel
3.select that new channel from the channels menu
4.select the "mangers" option for that channel

  
Actual results:
error 500 - internal server error on the url https://$FQDN/network/software/channels/managers.pxt?cid=101

web trace emailed to admin email account

Expected results:
enter the channels manager interface

Fixed in Spacewalk master, 4ae162939c8578741aaf4a397a2e29b087ab84e5.

Note that the cobbler-sich traceback in the attachment really is not related to this bug.
