Description of problem:
The amazon_gahp has been depreciated in favor of the ec2_gahp.  The condor-ec2-enhanced-hooks package has been updated to detect the correct gahp for the EC2 Enhanced feature based upon what gahps are available on the scheduler.  Any existing routes need to be updated to allow the resource selection to correctly occur.  From the following line from all routes related to EC2 Enhanced:
