While testing the Monitoring documentation for Apache HTTP 2.0.64, found this bug:

-- All references to the "Important" note "configure --enable-module=so" only works for Apache HTTP 2.2.x. 

-- The reference for Apache HTTP 2.0.64 (all 2.0.x??) needs to read:

   "configure --enable-so"

-- The other flag is not available for Apache HTTP 2.0.64

It's worth updating the documentation around the paragraph: "To use the Response Time module, the Apache server needs to have been compiled with shared object support."  To specify how someone can confirm that the Apache binary being used has been built correctly. 

Also - probably worth calling out that EWS and RHEL support this OOB.
