Description of problem:
The warning info not be translated.

subscription-manager-0.95.4-1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On command line,run #subscription-manager subscribe --pool=<subscribed poolID>

Actual results:
Warning "This consumer is already subscribed to the product matching pool with id '<subscribed poolID>' " 

Expected results:
Translate to traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

Steps:

Expected results:
Warning information should be translated.

Verify result: zh_TW FAILED
