The warning info not be translated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On command line,run #subscription-manager unsubscribe --serial=<invalid_value>

Warning "Invalid Credentials " 

Expected results:
Translate to traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

this should be fixed in subscription-manager-0.95.6-1. Please go ahead and test.

This was fixed with 683914 (the translation is in the server-side code).
