Go to a resource view (say, a platform - but it doesn't matter).

Add a tag. Then add a second tag. Then add a third tag.

After you add the third tag, notice the entire tag area disappears (you can't see any of the three tags you added, and therefore you also can't add more, or delete any).

fixed commit cd4b00e

to test:

1) go to any resource view
2) add four new tags to the resource
3) after the fourth new tag, you should still see the tags in the UI - they should not disappear

Verified on build#1129 (Version: 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT Build Number: 5a40add)

Added four tags to a resource. All tags are displayed in the UI. Also verified adding more tags and deleting tags.
