Description Amit Shah 2011-03-19 17:41:29 UTC
SELinux is preventing /bin/bash from 'getattr' accesses on the file /usr/share/sandbox/start.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that bash should be allowed getattr access on the start file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep sandboxX.sh /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Comment 1 Amit Shah 2011-03-19 17:49:53 UTC
This is after the latest policy updates. This happened when starting a sandboxed firefox. Just the sandbox window pops up w/o a firefox instance in it.

Cmd line is:

 sandbox -X -t sandbox_web_t -H ~/.sandbox_ff_home firefox about:blank

One other denial happens with the new policy as well:
