1. Attempt to add an MSN account
2. telepathy-butteryfly crashes
3. Empathy's account editor gets taken down with it.

How to reproduce
-----
1. Click provide password for an XMPP account.
2. Click provide password for a GTalk account.
3. GTalk Account fails and goes red.
4. Click "Edit Account" button in buddy list
5. Dialog shows up, crashes immediately after rendering.

How to reproduce
-----
1. Try to connect to an IRC server with a nick that's already in use
2. Click the "edit account" button
3. Crash (repeated on a second server, same way)
