Description of problem:
I have a 22" screen that is 1920x1080 and the refresh rate when scrolling web pages.  Smooth scrolling just makes things worse.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open fire fox
2.scroll on a web page

Actual results:
Delay in the screen refreshing.

Expected results:
Faster refresh rate.

Should be fixed by Firefox 4 and later.
