Description of problem:
Cannot filter by VM OS (only by its type - desktop/server)

The User would like to analyse the system per OS, and per OS major version in order to determine the performance issues on the CPU & Memory 
Wether WinXP SP1 is better or worse then SP2
Or Linux RHEL

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to rhev-reports
2.Select Reports->Service Level->QoS of VM
3.examine the filters for OS

  
Actual results:
Cannot filter the VMs per OS

Expected results:
Add another filter per OS, that will be avialbe for all other reports
