Description of problem:
aeolus-configure deploys /etc/init.d/iwhd and /etc/iwhd/conf.js, however this is no longer required, as the latest iwhd RPM contains those files.

aeolus-configure-2.0.0-3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run aeolus-configure
2. Run rpm -V iwhd to verify that /etc/init.d/iwhd and /etc/iwhd/conf.js have been over-written and are no longer the versions deployed from the RPM

  
Actual results:
/etc/init.d/iwhd and /etc/iwhd/conf.js are reported as having been altered 

Expected results:
/etc/init.d/iwhd and /etc/iwhd/conf.js should not be touched by running aeolus-configure

The version of /etc/iwhd/conf.js which is deployed by aeolus-configure incorrectly sets the iwhd path to / which causes multiple working directories to be created at the root of the filesystem ( /icicles, /images, /provider_images, /templates ...)

The version of /etc/iwhd/conf.js deployed from the iwhd RPM correctly sets the iwhd path to /var/lib/iwhd
