Description of problem: fence_ipmilan in cman package needs ipmitool in 
OpenIPMI-tools to run but cman missing dependency to that package.

This is a typical packaging bug that is easy to fix by just adding a line 
'Requires: OpenIPMI-tools' in the rpm spec, for example, I guess.

rpm -qip --requires cman-2.0.115-68.el5.x86_64.rpm 2>/dev/null | grep -i ipmi

  
Actual results: Nothing is printed out.
 

Expected results: ipmitool or OpenIPMI-tools is printed out.
