Description of problem:
clean install new version of sudo sudo-1.7.4p5-3.el6.x86_64

/etc/sudoers.d/ isn't being include by the sudoers file

please add #includedir /etc/sudoers.d/

Sorry, misted it during rebase. Marking as duplicate of #639682 and going to fix this.
