Q: I'm on Windows and submitting jobs to Linux. My jobs are scripts. Why do they
get put on Hold with reason XYZ?

A: Please validate that the scripts run in their native env. Two things to verify are:

   1.) The execute bit is set (chmod +x) 
   2.) There are not extra line feeds script

From there you can use either some type of source control tool, or scp to transfer the file to the machine that you wish to submit from.
