An enhancement has been made that in v7 1.3, when --debug is set, the harness re-raises the exception so that tracebacks would be shown for debugging.

Description of problem:

Currently v7 handles exceptions raised in tests and marks them as aborted.  When --debug is set, it would be better if the harness would re-raise the exception so that tracebacks would be shown.
