Description of problem:
hotplug a USB device,libvirtd will crash

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start a vm
2.In virt-manager,select Add hardware->USB Host Device->Logitech USB Optical Mouse 

  
Actual results:
Libvirtd will crash
