Description of problem:
OpenVG was enabled then disabled because it breaks wayland. This is no longer an issue in mesa master according to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34261#c1

Additional info:
OpenVG support will be added to upcoming gnash release ( http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/gnash-dev/2011-03/msg00087.html ) and will greatly improve performance since it is supposed to provide proper hwaccel.
