"these variations are not covered by support" appear in note of block "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Versions", which reads like HWCERT doesn't support these variants and can't accept results populated by them. 

"Only Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Advanced Platform are tested against the test suite." This in another line in that section. "Only" exclude other variants, reads like we only accept server variants.

A new catalog and policy guide version which addresses this bug is now available on the official website.  If any problems are encountered please open a bug describing the issue selecting the "Red Hat Hardware Certification Program" product.
