Description Hans de Goede 2011-03-26 09:31:39 UTC
Description of problem:
With no apps active (all closed), the App Name + Icon of last app is shown in top panel after switching to overview mode and back again.

To reproduce:
-start gnome-sheel
-start an app
-close it
-notice how the place in the top panel where the app name + icon are shown is empty
-go to overview mode (press windows key for example)
-leave overview mode
-notice how the name + icon of the last app (which is closed now) re-appear

I can reproduce the same way by just activating/leaving the overview.

I daily tested gnome-shell and I only very recently hit this bug very often, so it's certainly a regression starting from 2.91.92.

Works like a charm, thanks!

... and also thank you for all the hard work to make gnome 3 so great :)
