Previously, virt-install could only specify cdrom and floppy devices with inserted media. Now virt-install has an option to specify empty cdrom and floppy drives.

Description of problem:
Sometimes, user want to install a guest with no media attached virtual CD-ROM device, but currently it's not allowed.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
# virt-install -n demo -r 512 --disk /var/lib/libvirt/images/demo.img,device=disk,size=6 --disk device=cdrom,perms=ro -l http://download.englab.nay.redhat.com/pub/rhel/rel-eng/latest-RHEL-6/6.1/Server/x86_64/os/ --vnc --noreboot
  
Actual results:
ERROR    A size must be specified for non-existent disks.

Expected results:
It can be attached an empty virtual CD-ROM device when guest installing.

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to
propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the
next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
