Description of problem:
When you go to search for something in reporting -> custom, the initial results state 'No builds found with search condition.' - until a result is found (which may take several seconds). This is confusing, as you might think your search is somehow incorrect. Please remove this text until a result is received (or not, and then display it).

Verify 3.5.0-1 on stage -->PASS

Verify steps:
1.Choose REPORTING and click "custom" on drop list.
2.Enter into "Custom Reporting" and input some information in the "Report Options" box, then click "Search".

Actual result:
There is no 'No builds found with search condition.' text appearing.
After step2, the result meet the information list under the "Report Options" box.
