Previously, upgrade from the 2.2 version of the SPICE agent to the 3.0 version failed on 32-bit Windows 7 and Windows XP guests. The upgrade process has been updated and you can now upgrade successfully.

Description of problem:
Upgrade of Spice-Agent to IC343 from Spice 2.2 versions (SM96) fails on W7/32 and XP machines.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Spice with SM96 Tools on 2.3 host.
2. Run upgrade with IC343 Tools.
3. After the installation vdagent.exe file will be missing.
