Description Tim Waugh 2011-03-29 10:38:25 UTC
Description of problem:
When a queue is added automatically in response to a printer being connected, the list of printers in the Printers module should update.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-2.91.93-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start with no printers connected or configured
2.In the System Settings application, click Printers
3.Now connect a printer (for which there is an exact driver match) and switch it on

Actual results:
Notification messages show that a printer has been added, but the printer is not shown in the list of printers in System Settings

Clicking 'All Settings', then 'Printers', shows the printer.

Expected results:
Printer should appear in the list without any user interaction.

Hi,

I've fixed this in upstream. New release with the fix was pushed to Bodhi. The version is control-center-3.0.0.1-1.fc15.
