Should be fixed in mutter-2.91.93 in Koji. (Also, you may want to do gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /apps/metacity/global_keybindings unless you intentionally have custom keybindings set - this is probably being triggered because Alt-` is bound to cycle_group rather than switch_group for you)
