A new RPC program number needs to be added to /etc/rpc on all versions of Linux.  The entry is for the FedFS ADMIN service (see RFC 5716 and draft-ietf-nfsv4-federated-fs-admin-08.txt).

See RFC 5531, Appendix C, and section 7 of the fs-admin draft.  The new entry should read:

   fedfs_admin     100418

Can you make this change in Fedora, and push it upstream as well?
