Description of problem:
After today's round of updates boot would hang early, showing an assortment of messages that various deamons couldn't create /run/$SOMETHING files (and fail); rsyslog fails to start, and everything goes downhill from there.

selinux-policy-targeted-3.9.16-6.fc15.noarch

How reproducible:
Tried thrice...

Additional info:
Booting with selinux=0 does "fix" this...
