Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as exception or blocker. Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Unfortunately there are too many options to list, however, I did update the man page and --help output to recommend a location in the online documentation for resources/subservices & fence instances.
--addresource <resource type> [resource options] ...
Add global cluster resources to the cluster
Resource types and variables can be found in the
online documentation under 'HA Resource Parameters'
--addsubservice <servicename> <subservice> [service options] ...
Add individual subservices, if adding child services,
use ':' to separate parent and child subservices
and brackets to identify subservices of the same type
Subservice types and variables can be found in the
online documentation in 'HA Resource Parameters'
To add a nfsclient subservice as a child of the 2nd
nfsclient subservice in the 'service_a' service use
the following example: --addsubservice service_a \
nfsclient[1]:nfsclient \
ref=/test

The description of how to use ccs --addresource doesn't seem complete. There is a limited number of specific arguments accepted, but those arguments are undocumented. man page: --addresource <resource type> [resource options] ... Add resources to the cluster --help: --addresource <resource type> [resource options] ... Add resources to the cluster ccs-0.16.2-33.el6 run `ccs --help` or `man ccs` on a system with ccs installed to reproduce Expected results: list of arguments accepted by ccs (at least in the man page)
