Description Gerrit Slomma 2011-04-01 18:19:51 UTC
Description of problem:

There is no 32-bit kmod-kvm-package

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

kmod-kvm-83-224.el5

How reproducible:

Search for e.g. kvm-intel.ko in a 32-bit install of RHEL5 or look in RHN for a 32-bit-version of kmod-kvm

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto RHN
2. open RHEL Virtualization (v. 5 for 32-bit x86)-channel
3.

Actual results:

no kmod-kvm-package present

Expected results:

kmod-kvm-package present

Additional info:

There are indeed CPUs out there without x86_64-arch but VT-x e.g. the Intel Atom Z560, why is there no kmod-kvm-package?

Red Hat only supports KVM on 64-bit Intel/x86.
