Description of problem:
The people nearby account will just eternally try to log in, and will never get anywhere.

1. Fill the account information for "People Nearby"
  
Actual results:
eternally tries to log in

Expected results:
Logs in and discover people nearby...

This is due to the avahi service not being enabled.
