Thanks for this report. Unfortunately, the Fedora 13 versions of GNOME Shell and Mutter are far too old for us to make much use of incoming bug reports for them at this point. If you want to try out GNOME 3, we'd recommend updating to the development version of Fedora 15. (With typical caveats about development versions!)
