I was just listening to some music (mp3, of course) using Amarok, when I realized that I am using the phonon gstreamer backend, so I guess gstreamer is not involved, only mplayer (I had erroneously thought mplayer and gstreamer were the same, since they are neither xine nor vlc). Same problem here, mplayer 1.0-0.122.20110227svn.fc15. The problem does not occur with uncompressed pcm. See rpmfusion bug # 1692. (In reply to comment #3) > See rpmfusion bug # 1692.
