*** Bug 708667 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** As with most other bugs, this also seems to be ignored... Consequence: it is also present in Fedora 15. Fedora...... Anyway, this workaround worked for me too: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=272886#c1 In KDE, go to Menu > System Settings > Window Behavior > Window Rules Then: * Click on "New". * Click the "Detect Window Properties" button. * Click on an xterm. * Select "Use window class (whole application)". * Click "Ok". * Click on the "Workarounds" tab. * Select "Strictly obey geometry", change drop-down to "Force" and leave the final check-box un-checked. * Click "Ok" * Click "Apply". L. Tried the above workaround but no noticeable improvement. This message is a notice that Fedora 14 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 14. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version' of '14' have been closed as WONTFIX. (Please note: Our normal process is to give advanced warning of this occurring, but we forgot to do that. A thousand apologies.)
