Description Andrew Hutchings 2011-04-05 08:55:32 UTC
Description of problem:

I want to add a VPN connection (import a vpnc .pcf file) but dialog doesn't appear.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

NetworkManager-0.8.997-8.git20110331.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on the NetworkManager icon
2. Click "Network Settings"
3. Click "+"
4. Select VPN
5. Click "Create"

Actual results:

The new service dialog disappears with no added connection and no new dialog to add connection.

Expected results:

Either a new dialog for inputting further details or a new VPN connection to edit.

Additional info:

NetworkManager-vpnc-0.8.996-2.fc15.x86_64 is installed.

As a workaround executing nm-connection-editor allowed me to add the connection.
