Reviving a stale bug.. The issue is still present in new ui.

Back in April I posted a patch to fix this, but Tomas mentioned they were changing the way account.credentials_hash works so the patch was not acked. 

I am reassigning to Tomas as he'll have a better idea of where that credentials_hash change ended up.

This issue is still exist in new UI.
Account Id is blank in UI after adding a provider account.

If the Provider Account has an account number specified, it will be shown in Properties page.

Otherwise the whole entry will be left out.
