Description of problem:
It is connected with bz693676, if it is also implemented, then is good to add filter option in testplan to filter testcases by Product column.

Problematic.
The TCMS schema describes a TestCase.product by looking up to its TestPlan.product, in which case filtering the TestCases under a TestPlan does not make sense.
