Description of problem:
The libvirt RPM is putting libvirtd.stp into  /usr/share/systemtap/tapsets instead of /usr/share/systemtap/tapset

This makes it impossible for systemtap to find the libvirtd probe points

Verified with Passed in libvirt-0.8.7-16.el6.x86_64.

Steps:

1. Install libvirt-0.8.7-16.el6.x86_64.

2. # ls /usr/share/systemtap/tapset/libvirtd.stp 
/usr/share/systemtap/tapset/libvirtd.stp

# ls /usr/share/systemtap/tapsets/libvirtd.stp
ls: cannot access /usr/share/systemtap/tapsets/libvirtd.stp: No such file or directory

This bug can be reproduced in libvirt-0.8.7-15.el6.x86_64.

# ls /usr/share/systemtap/tapset/libvirtd.stp
ls: cannot access /usr/share/systemtap/tapset/libvirtd.stp: No such file or directory

# ls /usr/share/systemtap/tapsets/libvirtd.stp 
/usr/share/systemtap/tapsets/libvirtd.stp
