How to reproduce
-----
1. I've tried to copy the second CD of a double collection.
2. I've given the second CD the same name as the first one.
3. Rhythmbox reported a nameclash (don't remember the actual warning)
4. I wanted to rename the CD manually so I've closed the warning dialog.
5. Immediately after this, RB crashed.
