Description of problem:
logs grow to astronomical proportions

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
up to and including 0.6.8-2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run beaker server
2. observe file sizes in /var/log/beaker
3. run out of hard disk space
  
Actual results:
logs too big

Expected results:
logs get rotated and discarded/archived at a sane interval

Additional info:
httpd also holds locks on those log files.

Re: httpd holding locks on these log files. Where is this happening? I would have thought it was only wsgi worker process'
