Looks like the tree building in the templates page bombs if you F5 while on that page.

Verified on build#1175 (Version: 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT Build Number: a90faf9)

Administration->Templates page does not display any exception after pressing F5 button while on that page.

Bookkeeping - closing bug - fixed in recent release.
