Description of problem:
 We need to be able to filter on "Notify CC" and for "Groups" If I want to see a reserve report for kernel-hw I don't see anyway to get that data.

I see that you updated the BZ with "Customer want to get notify mail." 

That was not my intention when I opened this request. I did not want a email. 

My request is this:
 Got to the production Beaker instance. Click Reports, Click Reserve, Click "Show Search Options" in the drop down table I wanted 'Notify CC' as a filter for the reserve report. 

However I think the policies have changed enough so this request is no longer valid. I will close this as 'NOTABUG'
