This is not a bug, it's intentional, see the rpmdev-rmdevelrpms manual page. It's unfortunate that mod_perl requires perl-Test-Harness, but on the other hand I believe some of the test/devel stuff in mod_perl could be split into a subpackage, contact the mod_perl maintainer if you'd like that to happen. |
