How to reproduce
-----
1. I extraced an AVI file from a set of RAR's, but since I ran out of disk space, the file only extracted half way.
2. I deleted a large file and the half-restored AVI.
3. I began to extract the file again.
4. Points 2 and 3 happened very quickly.
5. While the file was extracting for the second time, totem, which I had not been running, crashed.
