Description of problem:
autoinstall with usb/cdrom fail, and drop to shell with error,

storage_init=/dev/mapper/3600508b*4f2600 storage_vol=500:500:500:500:500:500 firstboot local_boot

Starting ovirt-firstboot: Volume group "HostVG" not found
Skipping volume group HostVG

Local storage must be configured prior to installing


but with pxe as install media,the auto install could succeed,


after drop to shell, check with lvs/vgs/pvs, nothing found, and also in /dev/mapper/, just /dev/mapper/3600*4f2600 found, 

The problem is that ovirt-node doesn't even try to create a hostvg, then it report "HostVG not found" error,

Auto-install will only trigger if storage_init and BOOTIF are both specified. 
Without that, it won't partition.  

local_boot triggers the upgrade process which will fail because no partitioning
has been done.
