Peter works on epiphany now.

Comment 2 Peter Hatina 2012-03-06 12:42:59 UTC
Using current epiphany-3.0.3-1.fc15.x86_64 and webkitgtk3-1.4.0-1.fc15.x86_64, I do not see such a huge difference between firefox and epiphany fonts. Moreover, I would say, that epiphany uses thinner font than firefox. To support this, see attached screenshots.

Screenshot in current 17 development.

Default font nhn-nanum-gothic in fedora 17.
firefox-10.0.1-1.fc17.x86_64
epiphany-3.3.90-1.fc17.x86_64
webkitgtk3-1.7.5-3.fc17.x86_64
Maybe,
Hinting doesn't appy in epiphany. Then, Hinting works well in firefox

But,
Your screenshots attachment 567938 [details] and attachment 567939 [details] (un-core-dotum-fonts) are maybe no AA.

Comment 6 sangu 2012-03-28 00:32:37 UTC
Font Rendering is good in en_US.UTF-8. Then, font Rendering is different in ko_KR.UTF-8.

Comment 7 sangu 2012-08-30 11:01:26 UTC
Fixed in webkitgtk 3.5.90.

Thanks!
