Description of problem:
It is currently impossible to track upstream bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25523 in bug 524463 because the Wine project is unknown to Red Hat's bugzilla, and thus the upstream bug cannot be added.

Always.

1. Open bug 524463.
2. Try to add tracking of external bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25523

Project Wine is missing.

New external tracker has been added. Have added wine hq external bug to bug 524463.
