Description of problem:
When doing mash and createrepo including jpilot-1.8.0-2.fc14.x86_64.rpm, I get this warning message:

"iso-8859-1 encoding on /usr/share/jpilot/Ma�anaDB.pdb"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
jpilot-1.8.0-2.fc14.x86_64.rpm

Additional info:
This may be already solved by bug 667473, but that concerned ~/.jpilot/MañanaDB.pdb, not the one in /usr/share.
