I am using widely Openswan with KLIPS stack.
It will be great if possible to add better support of NATT and KLIPS in feature kernels.
For right now after update, I am going recompile kernel from source again to get those features enabled.

Since kernel 2.6.23 the KLIPS NATT patch is no longer needed as the kernel provides better hooks that openswan and libreswan can use for NATT,so recompiling the udp.c function in the kernel is no longer needed.
