Description of problem:

The system-config-authentication is only an independent application with his own window.
For a better integration, make a version with a Gnome-Control-Center panel.

This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora.
Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.

Authconfig has been replaced by authselect and it is no longer present in Fedora since Fedora 28.
