Description Andrei Gaponenko 2011-04-13 22:08:29 UTC
Hi,

I just had an X server crash. A directory with information about the crash was created under /var/spool/abrt, however after logging into a new session and opening abrt-gui this crash was not shown in the GUI and there was no (easy) way to report it. I had to stop the abrtd service and manually set the "InformAll" column to "1" in the "abrt_v4" SQL table in /var/spool/abrt/abrt-db to make the visible in GUI.

Note that X is run as root, so its crashes should be treated similar to kernel crashes, that have InformAll=1 by default. Please do the same for X.

Regards,
Andrei
