The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
In the virt-manager help document, Usage description is virt-manager.py , I think it should not include .py suffix after virt-manager

Reproduce this bug with virt-manager-0.8.6-4.el6.noarch 

Test with below pkgs version and it passed 
  python-virtinst-0.600.0-2.el6
  libvirt-0.9.4-0rc1.2.el6
  qemu-kvm-0.12.1.2-2.175.el6.x86_64
  kernel-2.6.32-174.el6.x86_64 
  virt-manager-0.9.0-5.el6  

steps :#virt-manager -h 
      Usage: virt-manager [options] 
      ...
      or # virt-manager --help
      Usage: virt-manager [options] 
      ...

results:the result is "Usage: virt-manager [options]" 

So change bug status to VERIFIED
